Casemiro Gets 8.5, de Ligt With 5.5 | Manchester United Players Rated In Poor Loss Vs West Ham United

Manchester United faced off against West Ham United at the London Stadium earlier today as they looked to earn all three points on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils dominated the game in the first half but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.

Erik ten Hag’s men conceded the opener in the 74th minute when Crysencio Summerville scored from close range. However, Casemiro scored the leveler for Man United just seven minutes later before Jarrod Bowen restored West Ham’s lead from the penalty spot in injury time. The match ended with the Mancunian giants suffering a poor 2-1 loss away from home.

Let’s take a look at how each Manchester United player performed during the clash against the Hammers.

GK: Andre Onana – 6.5/10

Onana made one good save at the back but would be disappointed after conceding twice in the final quarter of the game.

RB: Diogo Dalot – 7/10

He did his fair share of defending but was guilty of missing a sitter in the first half.

CB: Matthijs de Ligt – 5.5/10

De Ligt cleared his lines when he could and was unfortunate to concede a late penalty which cost his team the result.

CB: Lisandro Martinez – 6.5/10

He performed his defensive duties well but still ended up conceding twice today.
