Manchester United clashed heads with Manchester City at Wembley Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result in the FA Cup final. The Red Devils made a bright start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 30th minute thanks to Alejandro Garnacho’s finish. Kobbie Mainoo doubled his team’s advantage just nine minutes later as Erik ten Hag’s men went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.
Jeremy Doku got a goal back for Man City in the 87th minute but Man United hung on to their slender lead and earned a narrow 2-1 win at Wembley.
