Mikel Arteta has no reason to shift from their usual 4-3-3 formation. He will ask his men to control the game in the opponent’s box and not overcommit. Arsenal will try to hold their shape and find openings by playing short passes and through balls.
On the other hand, Thomas Tuchel should be fielding a 4-2-3-1 formation to overload the midfield. Bayern Munich will also try to keep the possession of the game. However, they will have to maintain a defensive shape to avoid getting caught on the counter-attack.
