Gusto Gets 8, Sterling With 7.5 | Chelsea Players Rated In Impressive Draw Vs Manchester City

Chelsea locked horns with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a victory on their travels in the Premier League. The Blues made a good start to the game and managed to get their noses ahead in the 42nd minute thanks to Raheem Sterling’s composed finish. Mauricio Pochettino’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

The West London club defended well but ended up conceding the equaliser in the 83rd minute when Rodri scored with a deflected effort. The match finished with Chelsea earning an impressive 1-1 draw at the Etihad.

Let’s take a look at how each Chelsea player fared during the clash against Manchester City.

GK: Dorde Petrovic – 7/10

Petrovic made a few important saves at the back but couldn’t do anything about Rodri’s deflected strike.

RB: Malo Gusto – 8/10

He made plenty of crucial clearances inside his half and made two decent chances going forward.

CB: Axel Disasi – 7/10

Disasi made numerous important clearances on the defensive end of the field and performed well enough to limit the home side to just one goal.
