Haaland Gets 8.5, Silva With 8 | Manchester City Players Rated In Derby Win Vs Manchester United

Manchester City clashed heads with Manchester United at Old Trafford earlier this evening as they looked to grab maximum points in the Manchester derby. Pep Guardiola‘s men made a decent start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 26th minute thanks to Erling Haaland’s penalty. Man City went into the half-time break 1-0 to the good.

Haaland doubled his team’s advantage in the 49th minute before Phil Foden added another goal in the 80th minute. The contest ended with Man City earning an impressive 3-0 win in the Manchester derby.

The Brazilian keeper made a few decent saves at the back and secured an important clean sheet in the derby.

He was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.

CM: Rodri – 8/10

The Spaniard anchored the midfield well and was a good presence on the ball.

Silva caused a lot of problems for the opposition with his running and has got an assist to show for his efforts.

He managed to threaten the opponent’s goal at times and scored Man City’s third goal in the 80th minute.

Alvarez caused some problems for his marker but there was no goal for him.

He made some dangerous runs with the ball and lacked quality in front of the Man United goal.
