Manchester City faced off against Young Boys at the Wankdorf Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure all three points on the road in the UEFA Champions League. Pep Guardiola‘s men were solid in the first half but were held to a scoreless draw at half-time.

Manuel Akanji gave Man City the lead in the 48th minute which was canceled out by Meschak Elia’s effort just four minutes later. Erling Haaland fired his team ahead in the 67th minute when he scored from the penalty spot. The Norway international found the back of the net once again in the 86th minute which put the match to bed. The contest finished with Man City earning an impressive 3-1 win away from home.
