Defence

Caoimhín Kelleher will feature in between the sticks for the Merseyside outfit as he looks to secure a clean sheet away from home. Jarell Quansah could get a chance to impress alongside Joel Matip at the centre of Liverpool’s defence as they look to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes.

Joe Gomez will feature as the right-back while Luke Chambers hopes to catch the eye on the other flank as the left flank. Both of them would get the license to get forward and express themselves in the final third.

Ibrahima Konate will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.
