Arsenal entertained Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to pick up all three points at home in the Premier League. The Gunners made a decent start to the game but conceded the opening goal in the 27th minute when Marcus Rashford scored with a great finish. However, Martin Odegaard equalised for the North London club just one minute later with an excellent strike. Both sides went into the half-time break with a 1-1 scoreline.
The Gunners pushed on in search of the winner in the second half. They finally managed to make the breakthrough in injury-time via Declan Rice’s deflected effort. Gabriel Jesus ended up sealing the win for Arsenal in the dying embers of the game. The contest finished with Mikel Arteta’s men earning an impressive 3-1 win in front of their home supporters.
