Tottenham Hotspur will entertain Manchester United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this weekend as they look to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. Spurs managed to secure a 2-2 draw versus Brentford recently, so they would be eager to secure a win this weekend.
Angelos Postecoglu will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to name a strong team for this game. Davinson Sanchez could get a chance to impress from the start of this game while Cristian Romero makes way for him and drops to the bench.
4-3-3 Tottenham Hotspur Predicted Lineup To Face Manchester United
Defence
Guglielmo Vicario could get a chance to impress from the start of this match. Ben Davies could get an opportunity to impress alongside Davinson Sanchez at the heart of Tottenham’s backline as they try to keep the Man United attackers at bay during the game.
Emerson Royal will get the nod to start at right-back while Destiny Udogie looks to give a good account of himself as the left-back. Both of them would be instructed to keep a solid defensive shape at the back so that they can limit the chances that the opposition create from the wide areas.
Cristian Romero is a slight concern ahead of this game but should be available for a place on the bench as he provides cover for the defensive positions.
Midfield
James Maddison, Yves Bissouma and Oliver Skipp will try to make life difficult for the opposition in the middle of the park. Maddison will be the one responsible for creating some clear-cut chances for his teammates in the final third.
Pape Matar Sarr will once again have to settle for a spot on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the second half if required.
Attack
Heung-min Son will get a chance to put in an influential display on the left flank while Dejan Kulusevski hopes to weave his magic from the right.
Richarlison will lead the charge for the North London club in the final third. He has to find a way to cause a few problems for the Man United defenders this weekend.
Ivan Perisic will have to be content with a place on the bench as he waits for his chance to impress in the latter stages if needed.
