Manchester United entertained Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford earlier today as they looked to secure all three points at home in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a horror start to the game as they conceded two goals in the opening four minutes of the contest as Taiwo Awoniyi and Willy Boly scored for the visitors. However, Man United responded positively and got a goal back in the 17th minute thanks to Christian Eriksen’s effort. Erik ten Hag’s men went into the half-time break 2-1 down on the scoreline.
Casemiro equalised for the home team in the 52nd minute before Bruno Fernandes completed the turnaround when he scored from the penalty spot in the 76th minute. The match ended with Man United securing a hard-fought 3-2 win at the Theatre of Dreams.
