Real Madrid faced off against Athletic Bilbao at the San Mames Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a win on the road in La Liga. Los Blancos made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 28th minute thanks to Rodrygo‘s effort. Jude Bellingham doubled the Madrid club’s advantage just eight minutes later as they went into the half-time interval with a healthy two-goal lead.

Carlo Ancelotti’s men controlled the game well in the second half and managed to earn a 2-0 victory away from home.

Let’s take a look at how each Real Madrid player performed during the match against Bilbao.

GK: Andriy Lunin – 7/10

Lunin had to make just one save in the game and kept a comfortable clean sheet at the back.

RB: Dani Carvajal – 8/10

He gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field and managed to pick up an assist as well.

CB: Eder Militao – 6.5/10

Militao kept things solid at the back and was accurate with his passing. However, he could only last 49 minutes.

CB: David Alaba – 8.5/10

Alaba cleared the danger when required and managed to engineer some promising chances for his teammates to score. He ended the game with an assist to his name.
