Manchester United locked horns with Manchester City at Wembley Stadium earlier today as they looked to earn a victory in the FA Cup final. The Red Devils made a horror start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the first minute when Ilkay Gundogan got his name on the scoresheet. However, Bruno Fernandes equalised for Man United from the penalty spot in the 33rd minute as both sides went into the half-time interval with a 1-1 scoreline.
Gundogan scored again for Man City in the 51st minute. Erik ten Hag’s men failed to mount a comeback and crashed to a narrow 1-0 loss at Wembley.
