Celtic will clash heads with Hearts at Tynecastle Park this Sunday afternoon as they hope to grab all three points on the road in the Scottish Premiership. The Hoops managed to secure a hard-fought 1-0 win over Rangers in the Scottish Cup recently which will keep them in high spirits ahead of this game.

Angelos Postecoglou will set his side up in a 4-3-3 formation and could be inclined to make one change to his first XI for this game. Anthony Ralston is expected to play from the start of this contest away at Hearts.

4-3-3 Celtic Predicted Lineup To Face Hearts

Defence

Joe Hart will feature in goal for the visitors as he looks to secure another clean sheet after doing so in his last appearance. Cameron Carter-Vickers will play alongside Carl Starfelt at the centre of Celtic’s backline as they look to keep things solid at the back during the 90 minutes.

As mentioned earlier, Anthony Ralston could get a chance to play and fill in as the right-back while Greg Taylor hopes to impress on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to get forward and express themselves in the opponent’s half.

Yuki Kobayashi will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Reo Hatate, Callum McGregor and Matt O’Riley will make up Celtic’s midfield as they look to dominate the ball and engineer some decent chances in the final third.

Aaron Mooy will be named on the bench as he waits for his opportunity to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if required.

Attack

Daizen Maeda will get another shot to catch the eye on the left flank while Jota hopes to weave his magic from the right. Jota scored the winning goal versus Rangers, so his confidence will be sky-high this weekend.

Kyogo Furuhashi will once again spearhead Postecoglou’s attack up top. He would be eager to make a difference for the away side by finding the back of the net this weekend.

Oh Hyeon-gyu will have to be content with a spot on the bench but might come on to influence the game in the final quarter of the match if Celtic are in need of a goal by then.
