Real Madrid entertained Rayo Vallecano at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to earn a good result at home in La Liga. Los Blancos made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 31st minute when Karim Benzema found the back of the net. The Madrid giants went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Raul de Tomas equalised for the visitors in the 84th minute before Rodrygo won the game for Real Madrid just four minutes later when he scored with a good effort. The match ended with Los Blancos earning a hard-fought 2-1 win in front of their home fans.

Let’s take a look at how each Real Madrid player fared during the clash against Rayo Vallecano.

GK: Thibaut Courtois – 7/10

The Belgian keeper made a handful of solid saves at the back but will be disappointed after conceding a goal late in the game.

RB: Dani Carvajal – 6/10

He made two crucial clearances inside his half and managed to create a couple of decent chances going forward.

CB: Nacho – 6.5/10

Nacho did his fair share of defending and was a good presence on the ball.

CB: David Alaba – 6.5/10

He made a few last-gasp clearances and did enough to restrict the opposition to just one goal.
