West Ham United locked horns with Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium earlier today as they looked to secure a win on their travels in the Premier League. The Hammers made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 20th minute when Bryan Mbeumo found the back of the net for the home team. Yoane Wissa doubled Brentford’s advantage in the 43rd minute as David Moyes’ men went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.
