Real Madrid and Barcelona will face one another in the return leg of the Copa Del Rey semifinal on Wednesday night as the La Liga leaders welcome Los Blancos to the Nou Camp. The Catalans have the advantage going into the contest, as they lead on aggregate with a scoreline of 1-0 in the first leg. Barca have dominated the El Classico so far this campaign, so we can expect them to be confident, however, Madrid would have to perform better if they are hoping to book their place in the finals.

Real Madrid Vs Barcelona: Talking Tactics

Carlo Ancelotti should opt for a 4-3-3 formation this time, and we can expect him to make a few changes to the starting XI for this contest. Rodrygo could drop to the bench, making way for Luka Modric in the central areas while Karim Benzema continues to lead the line.

Xavi will probably set his players up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to name a strong team for this game. Sergio Busquets, Franck Kessie and Raphinha should all get a chance to play from the start.

Ancelotti remains without the service of Ferland Mendy due to a calf problem which is yet to heal. David Alaba came off with injuries in the Champions League win over Liverpool but has since recovered and returned to the backline. However, Antonio Rudiger remains doubtful to start. Still, we can expect Dani Carvajal to be pushing for a start along with Luka Modric.

Xavi will remain without the services of Frenkie De Jong as he recovers from a knee injury.
