Leeds United locked horns with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier today as they hoped to secure a win on their travels in the Premier League. The Whites made a decent start to the game and managed to get to the half-time break with a 0-0 scoreline.
Wesley Fofana finally managed to break the deadlock for the Blues in the 53rd minute. The Yorkshire club failed to come up with a response and crashed to a narrow 1-0 loss away from home.

GK: Illan Meslier – 6/10
Meslier made a couple of decent saves in the game but won’t be happy after shipping in a goal early in the second half.
RB: Luke Ayling – 6.5/10
Ayling got stuck in with some solid tackles and made two decent chances in the final third.
CB: Robin Koch – 6.5/10
The Leeds centre-back didn’t do much wrong when defending inside his half but failed to keep a clean sheet today.
CB: Maximilian Wöber – 7/10
Wober did his fair share of defending and was good on the ball as well.
LB: Junior Firpo – 7/10
Firpo performed his defensive duties well and made two encouraging runs with the ball on the left flank.
CM: Tyler Adams – 7/10
He did his best to protect his backline but offered very little going forward.
CM: Weston McKennie – 6.5/10
McKennie struggled to get into the flow of the game but made two promising runs with the ball from midfield.
RW: Crysencio Summerville – 7/10
He completed multiple dribbles in the opponent’s half but failed to find the back of the net.
CAM: Brenden Aaronson – 6/10
Aaronson had a few lively moments in the game but couldn’t cause any real problems for the Chelsea defenders. He was replaced in the 67th minute.
LW: Jack Harrison – 6.5/10
The English sensation worked hard as usual and engineered a couple of inviting chances for others around him.
ST: Georginio Rutter – 6/10
He showed a few signs of promise in the final third but failed to threaten the Chelsea goal.
