Chelsea locked horns with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium earlier today as they hoped to earn a win away from home in the Premier League. The Blues made a solid start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 11th-minute courtesy of Ben Chilwell’s goal. However, Patson Daka equalised for the home team in the 39th minute before Kai Havertz restored Chelsea’s advantage in the first half injury-time. Graham Potter’s men went into the half-time break 2-1 up on the scoreline.

Mateo Kovacic killed the game off in the 78th minute before Wout Faes was sent off just nine minutes later as the West London club cruised to an impressive 3-1 win on the road.

Let’s take a look at how each Chelsea player fared during the clash against the Foxes.

GK: Kepa Arrizabalaga – 7.5/10

The Spanish keeper made a lot of good saves at the back and did well to restrict the opposition to just one goal.

CB: Wesley Fofana – 7/10

He did his fair share of defending and was a threat in the final third.

CB: Kalidou Koulibaly – 7.5/10

Koulibaly cleared the danger when the Leicester attackers were on the front foot and engineered one good chance going forward. He has got an assist to show for his efforts today.

CB: Marc Cucurella – 7/10

The Spaniard gave a good account of himself when defending at the back and was tidy with his passing.
