Tottenham Hotspur will face AC Milan on Wednesday night as they welcome them to North London for the second leg of the Champions League round of 16. The Lilywhites suffered a hard-fought defeat at the hands of the Italian giants in the first leg, so they will have to bounce back and perform better in order to qualify for the quarter-finals.

Cristian Stellini will opt for a 3-4-3 formation and is expected to keep the changes to a minimum for this home encounter. Emerson Royal could replace Pedro Porro to play from the start on the right flank while the rest of the team keeps their place in the starting XI.

Fraser Forster will continue to function in between the sticks for Spurs after keeping a clean sheet in his last league appearance. Conte will name a back three of Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Clement Lenglet as they try to keep the Wolves attackers at bay throughout the game.

Davinson Sanchez will take a spot on the bench as he offers cover for the defensive positions.

Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg are guaranteed starters to anchor the midfield for Tottenham as they look to establish their dominance over the opposition at the centre of the park.

Ivan Perisic keeps his place as the left-sided wide player while Emerson Royal replaces Pedro Porro to play from the start for this European contest.

Pedro Porro and Ben Davies will be available for selection on the bench as they wait for their chance to catch the eye as the second-half substitutes if Stellini decides to call upon their services.

Heung-min Son will continue as the left-winger while Dejan Kulusevski tries to create some decent chances for others around him from the right.

Harry Kane will once again spearhead the Tottenham attack on his own up top. The English striker would have to carry most of the goal-scoring burden on his own to help his squad qualify for the quarter-finals.

Richarlison and Lucas Moura will be named on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the latter stages of this game.
