Manchester United entertained West Ham United at Old Trafford earlier tonight as they looked to earn a positive result in the FA Cup. The Red Devils made a decent start to the game but were held scoreless at half-time.

Said Benrahma gave the visitors a shock lead in the 54th minute. However, Man United equalized courtesy of Nayef Aguerd’s own goal before Alejandro Garnacho completed the turnaround in the 90th minute. Fred went on to kill the game off by scoring in injury time as Erik ten Hag’s men secured a brilliant 3-1 win at the Theatre of Dreams.

McTominay performed well in the first half but could last only 45 minutes.

He was a threat at times from the right flank but failed to finish off his chances.

Fernandes engineered some meaningful openings for others around him but there was no goal for him tonight.

LW: Alejandro Garnacho – 8.5/10

Garnacho made a lot of dangerous runs with the ball on the left wing and gave his team the all-important lead in the 90th minute.

He linked up play well with others around him and has got an assist to show for his efforts.

Casemiro gave Man United more control in the game.
