Chelsea welcomed Southampton at Stamford Bridge earlier today as they focused on collecting maximum points in front of their home fans. The Blues made a decent start to the game but conceded the opening goal in the first-half stoppage time when James Ward-Prowse found the back of the net for the Saints. Graham Potter’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
