Arsenal entertained Brentford at the Emirates Stadium earlier today as they looked to grind out a good result at home in the Premier League. The Gunners made a decent start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Mikel Arteta‘s men began the second half well and got their noses ahead in the 66th-minute courtesy of Leandro Trossard’s excellent finish. However, the Bees equalised just eight minutes later when Ivan Toney scored from close range as the contest finished with the Gunners being held to a 1-1 draw in the English capital.
Let’s take a look at how each Arsenal player fared during the match against the Bees.

Ramsdale hardly had anything to do in the game but made one solid save at the back.

CB: William Saliba – 6.5/10
The Frenchman earned the ball back twice and cleared his lines when required.
CB: Gabriel – 7/10
He did his fair share of defending inside his half and was a threat at the other end of the pitch as well.
LB: Oleksandr Zinchenko – 7/10
Zinchenko got stuck in with some solid tackles and a constant menace down the left flank.
CM: Martin Odegaard – 7.5/10
He linked up play well with others around him and made some encouraging runs with the ball.

Partey anchored the midfield with conviction and engineered a handful of inviting chances for his teammates to score.
CM: Granit Xhaka – 6.5/10
He cleared the danger when needed and managed to orchestrate a few decent chances for others around him.
RW: Bukayo Saka – 7.5/10
Saka caused all sorts of problems for the opposition defenders and has got an assist to show for his efforts.
ST: Eddie Nketiah – 6/10
He had a couple of bright moments in the game but never looked like he would score.
LW: Gabriel Martinelli – 6/10
Martinelli was quiet for most of the game and was replaced after the hour mark.
