Newcastle United clashed heads with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park earlier this evening as they looked to secure a positive result on their travels. The Magpies were the dominant team in the first half but failed to take their chances as they went into the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.

He anchored the midfield with conviction and made one good run with the ball.

The Brazilian talent had a few good moments in the game but was lackluster in the final third.
CM: Joe Willock – 6.5/10
Willock struggled to get a foothold in the game at times but made two decent chances in the Palace half.
RW: Miguel Almiron – 7/10
He was a positive influence in both halves but there was no goal for him.
ST: Callum Wilson – 6/10
Wilson offered very little on the attacking end of the field.
LW: Joelinton – 7/10
The Brazilian caused a few problems for the opposition defenders but failed to find the back of the net.
