Tottenham Hotspur faced off against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to earn a victory away from home in the Premier League. Spurs made a solid start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 44th minute when Dejan Kulusevski scored with a good finish. Emerson Royal doubled his team’s advantage just one minute later as the North London club went into the half-time break 2-0 up on the scoreline.

Man City came roaring back in the second half and scored four goals with the help of goals from Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland as well as a brace from Riyad Mahrez. The contest ended with Antonio Conte’s men suffering a 4-2 loss on the road.

Let’s take a look at how each Tottenham Hotspur player fared during the match against Man City.

GK: Hugo Lloris – 6/10

The French keeper made a couple of solid saves at the back but was far from convincing at the back.

CB: Cristian Romero – 6/10

Romero made some crucial clearances inside his half but often looked shaky defensively, especially in the second half.

CB: Eric Dier – 6/10

He earned the ball back twice and was strong in the air. However, Dier won’t be pleased after allowing three goals in the second half.

CB: Ben Davies – 6/10

Davies didn’t do much wrong at the back and engineered one key chance in the final third.
