Tottenham Hotspur faced off against Brentford at the Gtech Community Stadium earlier this afternoon as they look to secure a positive result on the road in the Premier League. Spurs made a lackluster start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 15th minute when Vitaly Janelt found the back of the net for the home side. The North London club failed to come up with a response and went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Ivan Toney made it 2-0 to Brentford in the 54th minute. However, Tottenham found a way back into the game just 11 minutes later when Harry Kane scored with a good header. Pierre-Emile Højbjerg equalised for Spurs in the 71st minute as Tottenham ended up securing a hard-fought 2-2 draw away from home.
