Newcastle United locked horns with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a win on their travels in the Premier League. The Magpies made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the third minute courtesy of Chris Wood’s penalty. Miguel Almiron doubled Newcastle’s advantage just four minutes later with a good strike before Joelinton made the points secure in the 32nd minute with a solid header. The Tyneside outfit went into the half-time break 3-0 up on the scoreline.

Newcastle controlled the game well in the second half and cruised to an impressive 3-0 win on the road.

Let’s take a look at how each Newcastle United player performed during the match against the Foxes.

CB: Fabian Schar – 7/10
