Chelsea entertained Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge earlier this evening as they hoped to earn maximum points at home in the Premier League. The Blues made a quick start to the game and got their noses ahead in the 16th minute courtesy of Kai Havertz’s goal. Mason Mount doubled Chelsea’s advantage just eight minutes later with a good strike. Graham Potter’s men went into the half-time break with a 2-0 lead.

The home team did enough in the second half and managed to secure a 2-0 win in front of their home fans.

Let’s find out how each Chelsea player fared during the match against the Cherries.

GK: Kepa Arrizabalaga – 7/10

The Spanish keeper made a few solid saves at the back and earned a well-deserved clean sheet at home.

RB: Reece James – 7/10

The English defender performed his defensive duties well and was a threat going forward. He was replaced in the 52nd minute.

CB: Kalidou Koulibaly – 7/10

Koulibaly cleared the danger when needed and did enough to secure a clean sheet this evening.

CB: Thiago Silva – 7/10
