Everton welcomed Leicester City at Goodison Park earlier this evening as they hoped to earn a positive result at home. The Toffees made a decent start to the game but conceded the opening goal in the 45th minute when Youri Tielemans scored a stunning goal. Frank Lampard’s men went into the half-time interval 1-0 down on the scoreline.

The Merseyside club conceded their second goal in the 86th minute as they crashed to a poor 2-0 defeat in front of their home fans.

Let’s take a look at how each Everton player fared during the match against the Foxes.

GK: Jordan Pickford – 6.5/10

The English keeper made a few crucial saves at the back but would be disappointed after conceding two goals tonight.

RB: Seamus Coleman – 6.5/10

Coleman earned the ball back twice but offered very little in the final third.

CB: Conor Coady – 6/10

He cleared the danger when needed but won’t be pleased after failing to keep a clean sheet in both halves.

CB: James Tarkowski – 6.5/10

Tarkowski made a few crucial defensive contributions and was a threat going forward as well.
