Barcelona welcomed Athletic Bilbao at the Nou Camp earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a good result in front of their home fans. The Catalan club dominated the ball in the early goings of the match and took the lead in the 12th minute courtesy of Ousmane Dembele’s header. Sergi Roberto doubled Barca’s advantage with a deflected attempt just six minutes later before Robert Lewandowski scored with a left-footed strike in the 22nd minute. Xavi’s men went into the half-time break leading by a 3-0 scoreline.

Ferran Torres added another goal in the 73rd minute as Barcelona ended up winning the La Liga contest by a dominant 4-0 scoreline.

Let’s take a look at how each Barcelona player fared during the match against Athletic Bilbao.

The German keeper made a few solid saves at the back and earned an important clean sheet at the Nou Camp.

The Spaniard didn’t put a foot wrong in the game defensively and was a real threat in the opponent’s half.

CB: Jules Kounde – 6.5/10

The French centre-back cleared the danger twice and kept things tidy at the back during his time on the field.

CB: Eric Garcia – 7.5/10

The Frenchman caused all sorts of problems for the opposition centre-backs and has got three assists and one goal to his name.
