Barcelona faced off against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a good result away from home in the UEFA Champions League. The Catalan outfit made a solid start to the game and managed to get into the half-time break with a goalless scoreline.

However, Barca made a poor start to the second half and conceded the opening goal in the 50th minute when Lucas Hernandez scored with a brave header. Leroy Sane doubled the home side’s advantage just four minutes later with an excellent finish. The contest ended with Barcelona suffering a disappointing 2-0 loss on the road.

Let’s take a look at how each Barcelona player performed during the clash against Bayern Munich.

GK: Marc-André ter Stegen – 6/10

The German keeper made a couple of decent saves at the back but won’t be happy after shipping in two early goals in the second half.

RB: Jules Kounde – 6/10

He kept things solid at the back and was quite accurate with his passing.

CB: Ronald Araujo – 6/10

Araujo made one solid tackle but failed to keep the Bayern attackers quiet during the game.

CB: Andreas Christensen – 6/10

He was solid in the first half but had a tough start to the second half. Christensen got replaced in the 69th minute.
