Real Madrid faced off against Eintracht Frankfurt at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a win and lift the UEFA Super Cup. Los Blancos made a slow start to the game but got their noses ahead in the 37th minute courtesy of David Alaba’s finish from close range. Carlo Ancelotti’s men controlled the match well and went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.

Karim Benzema put daylight between the two sides as he scored in the 65th minute. The Madrid giants ended up winning the contest by an impressive 2-0 scoreline.

Let’s take a look at how each Real Madrid player fared during the clash against Frankfurt.

The Belgian keeper made a couple of great saves in the first half and will be delighted with the clean sheet tonight.

RB: Dani Carvajal – 6/10
