Pep Guardiola will opt for the 4-3-3 formation as always, allowing Erling Haaland to lead the line as he’s in good form alongside Phil Foden, who has been putting in some impressive displays. However, he would still be unable to call upon Aymeric Laporte as he remains sidelined due to an injury, while John Stones is doubtful to start after just having returned from recovery. Kalvin Phillips will find himself on the bench due to fitness issues and Bernardo Silva might come on in the latter half to impact the game if required.
