Leeds United entertained Everton at Elland Road earlier tonight as they looked to grab maximum points at home. The Whites made a poor start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 17th minute when Anthony Gordon scored for the Toffees. The home team failed to come up with an immediate response and went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.

Luis Sinisterra managed to equalise for Leeds in the 55th minute with a low strike as the Whites ended up securing a 1-1 draw at the full-time whistle.

Let’s take a look at how each Leeds United player performed during the match against the Toffees.

GK: Ilan Meslier – 6/10

The Leeds keeper had to make just one save in the game but won’t be pleased after conceding an early goal.

RB: Rasmus Kristensen – 7/10

He was a dominant force in the air and didn’t do much wrong on the defensive end of the field. Kristensen even had some bright moments in the Everton half.

CB: Robin Koch – 7/10

Koch was solid at the back and posed a threat at the other end of the pitch as well.

CB: Diego Llorente – 7/10

The Spaniard defended his penalty area with conviction but will be disappointed for not securing a clean sheet.

LB: Pascal Struijk – 7.5/10

Struijk did his fair share of defending and made two driving runs with the ball down the left flank.

CM: Tyler Adams – 7/10

He anchored the midfield really well and made a couple of decent runs from midfield.

CM: Marc Roca – 7.5/10

The Spanish talent offered decent protection for his teammates at the back and engineered two good chances in the final third.

RW: Luis Sinisterra – 7.5/10

Sinisterra caused a few problems for the opposition and did well to score the all-important equaliser for Leeds early in the second half.

CAM: Brenden Aaronson – 7/10

He engineered some inviting chances for others around him and has got an assist to show for his efforts.

LW: Jack Harrison – 6/10

The English talent caused a few problems for the opposition but failed to take any of his chances to find the back of the net.

ST: Rodrigo – 6/10

The Spaniard began the game slow and had to be replaced in the 31st minute.

Substitutes:

ST: Joe Gelhardt – 6/10

He didn’t do enough to register a goal.

CM: Mateusz Klich – 6/10

Klich added more energy to Leeds’ midfield.

ST: Patrick Bamford – 6/10

He offered very little after coming off the bench.

RW: Daniel James – 6/10

James failed to get a stranglehold in the game.
