Arsenal welcomed Fulham at the Emirates Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to earn maximum points in front of their home supporters. The Gunners made a good start to the game but struggled to be clinical in the final third as they went into the half-time interval with a goalless scoreline.
The North London club made a sloppy start to the second half as they conceded the opener in the 56th minute when Aleksandar Mitrovic scored with a calm finish. However, Arsenal responded just eight minutes later when Martin Odegaard found the back of the net with a deflected attempt. Gabriel ended up scoring the winning goal in the 85th minute as the Gunners earned a 2-1 win in the London derby.
