Manchester United locked horns with Brighton and Hove Albion at the American Express Community Stadium earlier today as they hoped to earn all three points away from home. The Red Devils made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 15th minute when Moises Caicedo found the back of the net for the home side. Man United failed to come up with a response and went into the half-time break 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Ralf Rangnick’s men conceded another goal in the 49th minute when Marc Cucurella scored for the Seagulls. Brighton went on to score two more times, thanks to a goal each from Pascal Gross and Leandro Trossard. The match ended with Man United suffering a humiliating 4-0 loss on the road.
