Liverpool entertained Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a win at home. The Reds began the match well but struggled to find the cutting edge in the final third at they were held to a goalless scoreline at half-time.
Heung-min Son gave Spurs a shock lead in the 56th minute which was canceled out by Luis Diaz’s deflected goal just 18 minutes later. The home team pushed on in search of the winner but ran out of time as the match finished 1-1 with both sides sharing the points.
Let’s take a look at how each Liverpool player fared during the match against Spurs.

The Brazilian keeper made a couple of solid saves but couldn’t do much about Son’s finish from point-blank range.

The English full-back kept a solid defensive shape at the back but failed to create too many clear-cut chances for his teammates in the final third.
CB: Ibrahima Konate – 6.5/10
Konate used his pace well to keep Harry Kane quiet. However, he will be disappointed after conceding a goal early in the second half.
CB: Virgil Van Dijk – 7/10
Van Dijk cleared the danger when needed and was a threat at the other end of the field.
