West Ham United faced off against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier today as they looked to earn a positive result in the London derby. The Hammers made a bright start to the game and managed to get into the half-time interval with a goalless scoreline.
The East London outfit found themselves at a numerical disadvantage in the 86th minute when Craig Dawson was sent off in the 86th minute. Chelsea missed their penalty but soon went on to take the lead just four minutes later when Christian Pulisic scored with a tidy finish. Dawson made numerous clearances at the back but let his teammates down by getting sent off in the 86th minute.

He kept things solid on the defensive end of the field for most of the game but didn’t do enough to secure the clean sheet.

Coufal worked hard when defending inside his half but offered very little in the opponent’s half.

He anchored the midfield well but struggled to create chances in the final third.

The veteran midfielder got stuck in with some crunching tackles but was replaced after the hour mark.

He worked hard defensively but struggled to influence the game on the attacking end of the field.
RAM: Andriy Yarmolenko – 6.5/10
Yarmolenko had a few lively moments in the game but didn’t do enough to score.
LAM: Pablo Fornals – 6/10
The Spaniard created two good chances in the final third but didn’t get a sniff at goal.
ST: Said Benrahma – 6/10
He had a quiet game in the Chelsea half. Benrahma ran of gas and got replaced in the 77th minute.
