Arsenal faced off against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier tonight as they looked to pick a positive result in the London derby. The Gunners made a bright start to the game as they got their noses ahead in the 13th minute courtesy of Eddie Nketiah’s goal. However, Timo Werner equalised for Chelsea just four minutes later with a deflected goal. Emile Smith Rome restored Arsenal’s advantage with a fine finish in the 27th minute. However, just five minutes later, Cesar Azpilicueta found the leveler as both sides went into the half-time break with a 2-2 scoreline.
Nketiah managed to find the back of the net in the 57th minute which gave the Gunners a narrow lead once again. Bukayo Saka went on to wrap up the points for the visitors in injury-time when he scored from the penalty spot.
