Everton faced off against Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier today as they focused on grinding out a result away from home. The Toffees made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opening goal in the 14th minute when Michael Keane scored an unfortunate own goal. Just three minutes later, Heung-min Son got his name on the scoresheet before Harry Kane made it 3-0 to Tottenham in the 37th minute. Antonio Conte’s men went into the half-time interval with a healthy 3-0 lead.

Sergio Reguilon found the back of the net early in the second half which killed the game off. Kane scored again in the 55th minute to put the icing on the cake for Spurs as the Toffees crashed to a horror 5-0 loss on the road.

Let’s take a look at how each Everton player performed during the match against Spurs.

GK: Jordan Pickford – 5/10

The English keeper made a couple of saves but couldn’t stop Tottenham from scoring five times during the 90 minutes.

CB: Seamus Coleman – 5.5/10

Coleman made two important clearances at the back but failed to keep the opposition attackers in check during the game.

CB: Mason Holgate – 6/10

He cleared the danger multiple times inside his half but won’t be happy after allowing five goals tonight.

CB: Michael Keane – 5/10

Keane scored an unfortunate own goal early in the game but was tidy with his passing. He got replaced at half-time.
