Leeds United welcomed Manchester United at Elland Road earlier this afternoon as they focused on grinding out a result at home. The Whites were disappointing in the first half and conceded the opening goal in the 34th minute when Harry Maguire scored with a good header. Bruno Fernandes netted again for Man United in injury-time as the Yorkshire outfit went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.

Rodrigo scored a superb goal for Leeds early in the second half before Raphinha equalised for them from point-blank range in the 54th minute. However, Man United went on to score two more times via Fred’s goal and Anthony Elanga’s late strike. The contest ended with Leeds suffering a poor 4-2 loss in front of their home fans.

Let’s take a look at how each Leeds United player performed during the contest against the Red Devils.

GK: Illan Meslier – 6/10

He made a few decent saves at the back but won’t be happy after conceding four goals today.

RB: Luke Ayling – 6/10

Ayling was defensively solid but offered very little in the final third.

CB: Diego Llorente – 6/10

The Spaniard had a tough game in the first half and got replaced at half-time.

CB: Pascal Struijk – 5/10

Struijk made some important defensive contributions but made a few costly errors of judgment inside his half.
