Leeds United locked horns with West Ham United at the London Stadium earlier today as they focused on grinding out a positive result on their travels. The Whites conceded the opening goal in the 34th minute when Manuel Lanzini netted the opener following a check from VAR. The visitors failed to come up with a response and went into the half-time interval 1-0 down on the scoreline.
Marcelo Bielsa’s players stayed in the game for most of the second half but conceded their second goal in injury-time when Jarrod Bowen found the back of the net. The match ended with the Whites suffering a 2-0 loss which knocked them out of the FA Cup.
