The Citizens will be heading into the contest on the back of a thrilling 4-1 win over Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League, whereas the hosts recorded a 1-0 win versus Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
David Moyes will probably opt for his usual 4-2-3-1 formation against Manchester City; however, the Scottish tactician is expected to make a couple of changes from the last game for the upcoming home encounter. Alphonse Areola might get the nod over Lukasz Fabianski in goal, whereas Ryan Fredericks looks likely to make his way back into the starting eleven.

Defence
