Chelsea faced off against Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to continue their excellent form in the Premier League by picking up maximum points on the road. Thomas Tuchel’s men were a bit off the pace in the first half and went into the half-time interval with a goalless scoreline.

Thiago Silva scored the opening goal of the game in the 49th minute when he found the back of the net with a good header. N’Golo Kante doubled Chelsea’s lead just eight minutes later when he scored with a deflected attempt. Antonio Rudiger added another goal late in the game as the Blues cruised to a 3-0 win in the London derby.

Let’s take a look at how each Chelsea player performed during the match against Spurs.

GK: Kepa Arrizabalaga – 7/10

The Spanish custodian made a couple of saves and did enough to secure a clean sheet away from home. He even distributed the ball well from the back.

CB: Andreas Christensen – 7.5/10

Christensen won a few important aerial duels and performed his defensive duties well. He was good on the ball and created a couple of decent chances going forward.

CB: Thiago Silva – 9/10

The Brazilian centre-back didn’t put a foot wrong in the game and managed to neutralize the threat of Harry Kane. He even gave Chelsea the all-important lead early in the second half.

CB: Antonio Rudiger – 8/10

Rudiger made two crucial interceptions at the back and put his foot through the ball when needed. He will be pleased with the clean sheet today.
