Chelsea entertained Luton Town at Stamford Bridge earlier this afternoon hoping to win and book a place in the fifth round of the FA Cup. The Blues made a brilliant start to the game as they scored two quick-fire goals courtesy of a brace from Tammy Abraham. However, the visitors gave themselves a lifeline when Jordan Clark found the back of the net at the half-hour mark. The West London giants went into the half-time interval with a narrow one-goal lead to show for their efforts.
Frank Lampard’s men dominated the ball in the second 45 minutes and finally managed to kill the game off in the 74th minute when Abraham completed his hattrick. The contest finished with Chelsea securing a comfortable 3-1 victory at the English capital.
