Premier League giants Chelsea have confirmed their progress into the knockout stages of the Champions League as the leaders of Group E. Frank Lampard’s side cruised to a comfortable 4-0 win away against Sevilla, thanks to four goals from French talisman Olivier Giroud. The World Cup winner caused the home side’s defenders all sorts of problems with his movement, and his four strikes also included a perfect hat-trick. Lampard will be extremely pleased with the manner in which Chelsea picked up the points tonight, as their win was despite the manager making a whopping nine changes to the eleven.
