Vinicius Jr Says This Ligue 1 Star Will Arrive At Real Madrid Soon: What Will He Add To Zidane’s Side?

In a recent interview with Telefoot (via the Independent), Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior revealed that he expects Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe to be his teammate at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium soon. Vinicius Junior told Telefoot (via the Independent), “I think the fans of every team dream of Mbappe.

“We don’t know each other, but we talk on Instagram and I admire him a lot. He’s already won a lot of titles and, therefore, it’d be great if he came [to Real Madrid].

“He’ll come here to win with us soon. I’m sure we’ll achieve a lot together.”

The Galacticos youngster’s recent revelation will excite the club’s supporters as Mbappe is currently one of the hottest commodities in European football. He has the potential to be the best player in the world so if Los Blancos can find a way to bring him to the Spanish capital this summer; then there would be enough reasons for the loyal Madrid fans to be excited about the new campaign.

Mbappe’s Outstanding Spell At PSG

The French international has experienced a majestic campaign with PSG as he helped his team win another Ligue 1 title last season. However, the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner has not fared too well in the UEFA Champions League after the French champions got knocked out in the round of 16 by Manchester United earlier this year.

The 20-year-old featured in 43 appearances for PSG in the previous campaign, registering 39 goals while providing 17 assists across all competitions. The former Monaco wonderkid has also secured 33 international caps for France while scoring 13 goals for them thus far.

Mbappe will not only add a lot of quality to Zinedine Zidane’s frontline but will also help them compete for major silverware next season. He is a ‘once in a generation’ talent so if Vinicius Junior is correct with his revelation; then it could prove to be another very successful spell at the club for Zidane.

What Will The French Forward Add To Zidane’s Team?

Mbappe is one of the fastest players in European football, which makes him a difficult man to catch when he is allowed to run behind the opposition backline. What makes him such a gifted talent is his ability to change the fate of a match on any given moment. He is a match-winner and is destined to become one of the greatest players of this generation.

Hence, becoming a Galactico could give the French starlet a perfect platform to showcase his true worth at the highest level. Mbappe has all the attributes required to become a Real Madrid legend if Zidane can convince him to leave Paris this summer. The French international will be a fantastic fit for the Spanish heavyweights as they look to pip Barcelona in the La Liga title race next season.
