Manchester City ran riot at the Etihad Stadium and won by a massive margin of 9-0 against Burton Albion in the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg. They scored four goals in the first half to put an end to any chance of a shock result being pulled off by the League One side. Gabriel Jesus scored twice while Kevin De Bruyne and Oleksandr Zinchenko notched up one goal apiece to ensure that the tie was put to bed.
