Wolverhampton Wanderers secured promotion to the Premier League on the back of some strong performances. They have quite easily been the best team in the Championship as they are on top of the table since midNovemberr and went on a 14 games unbeaten run.

Wolves success has been built on playing some extravagant style of football and for that credit must go to their manager Nuno Espirito Santo. He has also been shrewd in the transfer market as he brought in as many as 6 players on loan. All of them have played important role in Wolves promotion and now the big question is whether they are willing to offer these players a permanent deal.

The club’s sporting director spoke about this matter and said -”They’ve all done very well for us, but there’s no hard and fast decisions made for us just yet in terms of what we are going to do with those guys, we are going to let the moment sink in and get to the end of the season.”

“We will then sit down and have a strategy meeting and see what we are going to do next with them.”- he added further.

One such player who has done well is Alfred N’Diaye, whose parent club is Villareal and we believe that Nuno Espirito Santo should not waste any time to sign him up on a permanent basis.

N’Diaye has been instrumental in the middle of the park for the West Midlands club. He is a good tackler and has immense strength on the ball which makes it tough for the opposition to dispossess him. However, he lets himself down sometimes as he makes silly errors and doesn’t concentrate enough which results in him missing the runs of opponent attackers or midfielders once in a while.

According to reports, the player has a clause in his deal when he signed on loan from Villareal which says that if the club goes on to win promotion in the Premier league they can have N’diaye for an outright fee of €9m and in the case of promotion they try to send N’Diaye back to the Spanish club they will have to pay a penalty fee of €2.5m.

The midfielder has been regular for the Wolves’ this season and it will be foolish of the board and manager to let him go and on top of that, they might have to pay a hefty fine for him. N’Diaye has adapted well to the teammates and manager’s philosophy whereas if a new player will come in, he will take time to get used to the club environment in the beginning.
