Not for nothing is the English Premier League the most followed league in the world. While many have debated that the leagues in Spain and Germany are technically superior, there is little doubt over which is the most exciting of all to watch. The Premier League offers a set of twenty teams currently with six of those sides boasting of players good enough to win them the league. The fun just does not end here with the mid-table sides holding abilities more than good enough to cause upsets, sometimes even on a weekly basis, remember Leicester back in 2015-16?

With the league providing an all-around entertainment, the players have to be multi-talented enough to be fast, physical, and technically strong and most of all have a thick skin to the constant scrutiny of a football-loving nation.

For new players coming into this heavily followed league and the demand to succeed being very high, it is an almost impossible albeit a very important task to hit the ground running. Let us take a look at the three possible signings who has adjusted to the league the best this season.

Of the many problems Pep Guardiola was facing last season, one was the inconsistency of Claudio Bravo that resulted in Manchester City conceding cheap goals. As always, if the backline fails to hold the gates, no team can mount a title challenge. With the introduction of Ederson in goal, Pep has not only brought in a stopper who is keeping clean sheets but also helping his team initiate attacks by playing as a sweeper, a very important part of Pep’s game plan. Ederson gets a special bonus for being one of the few keepers to settle so well in the league so fast as it is not an easy challenge for keepers to get used to the physicality of the league so fast, ask David De Gea.

Richarlison has enjoyed a bright start to the Premier League scoring five goals and setting up five in about twenty games at the club. Much of the credit for Watford’s impressive start to the new season will go to the dynamic Brazilian winger who has been very influential every time Watford are looking to score goals.

His dazzling skill on the ball makes him an incredibly hard dribbler to tackle off the ball. He also possesses great speed to not only survive but thrive in the fast-paced English league. Add to this his flair and a certain goal threat that comes naturally to some players and Richarlison possesses everything needed to become a hit in England.

Mohamed Salah

What a difference time can make. Brought into England, by Jose Mourinho almost five years back to play for Chelsea, Salah failed to create a spark. The Egyptian now has 23 goals and 8 assists in 29 games for Liverpool and is widely considered not only the best signing in England but all across Europe. He has simply been unstoppable and has no intentions of slowing down as the league marches on. One can only hope the Egyptian can keep up his scoring spree, as his pace and precision represents what the Premier League is all about.
