Tottenham Hotspur’s Individual Player Ratings From Their Dominant 4-1 Win Against Watford

Victor Wanyama

Rating: 7.5

Wanyama struggled a bit initially against the Watford midfielders but once Tottenham got the first goal, he grew into the game and helped the away side dominate the midfield.

Christian Eriksen

Rating: 7.5

Eriksen had a decent game too and helped Tottenham build up offensive momentum with some really good incisive passing often through the middle with Dele Alli and Harry Kane both further forward.

Dele Alli

Rating: 8.5

Alli was outstanding throughout the ninety minutes as he showed some improvised passing in the final third. He bagged two goals for Tottenham with calm finishes inside the box.

Heung-Min Son

Rating: 7

Son was relatively underwhelming among the other Tottenham players around him as he struggled in the final third. He made some decent runs but failed to convert some very good chances.

Harry Kane

Rating: 8.5

Kane was excellent again as he got the first two important goals for Tottenham with excellent finishes. He often dropped deep and his continuous positional interchange with Alli was a headache to defend against.
